Shipping Policy

This page explains how CDMinis handles collection and delivery of your order. All CDMinis are handmade to order, so please factor in production time as well as shipping time when planning your order.

Production time

        Every CDMini is made by hand after you place your order. We will let you know when your order is ready for collection or dispatch. During busy periods (e.g. Christmas, Valentine's Day), production may take a little longer than usual.
      

Collection — Free

Collection is available free of charge. After your order is complete, we will contact you via the email address used at checkout (or via Instagram if you provided your handle) to confirm the collection point and arrange a convenient time. Collection is in Ireland.

To select collection, simply choose the "Collection" option in the cart before checking out — no delivery address is required.

Delivery within Ireland — €4.99

Standard delivery within the Republic of Ireland is available at a flat rate of €4.99 per order. Orders are shipped via An Post and your CDMini will be carefully packaged to protect the keychain in transit. You will be notified when your order has been dispatched.

Customers outside Ireland

        The €4.99 delivery rate applies to the Republic of Ireland only. International shipping costs more due to higher postage rates charged by An Post. If you are based outside Ireland, please do not use the standard checkout for delivery — contact us via Instagram or email first and we will arrange a shipping quote and payment separately.

Customs and import duties

For customers outside the European Union, your order may be subject to customs charges, import duties, or taxes levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. CDMinis has no control over customs processes and cannot predict what charges, if any, may apply.

Packaging

Your CDMini is carefully packaged to keep it safe during transit. We take care to ensure the keychain arrives in perfect condition. If your order does arrive damaged, please contact us within 14 days — see our Refund & Returns Policy for details.

Tracking

Standard An Post shipping may not include end-to-end tracking for all international destinations. If you require tracked shipping or have a specific delivery requirement, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived, please contact us and we will investigate with An Post on your behalf.
