Please read these Terms of Service carefully before placing an order with CDMinis. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these terms.
CDMinis is a small handcraft business based in the Republic of Ireland, operating at cdminis.store. We make personalised miniature CD keychains — custom-crafted, made-to-order items. You can contact us at cdminis2025@gmail.com or via Instagram at @cdminis2025.
Each CDMini is a handmade, personalised miniature CD keychain. Depending on the product you order:
An optional personal message can be added to the inside cover of either product for an additional €1. Every item is made specifically for your order and is not a mass-produced product.
Your order is confirmed when payment is successfully received via Stripe. You will receive a confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. CDMinis reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances (for example, if we are unable to source the required artwork). In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
In the rare event that the album artwork or playlist artwork you have requested is unavailable or unsuitable for production, we will contact you via email or Instagram to discuss alternatives. This might include using a different version of the artwork, a different image, or — if no suitable alternative exists — a full refund. We will always reach out before taking any action on your order.
All CDMinis are handmade to order. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection or dispatch. During busy periods (for example, around Christmas or Valentine's Day), turnaround times may be slightly longer — we will communicate any delays.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete order details at checkout. This includes:
CDMinis cannot be held responsible for errors in the finished product that result from incorrect information provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake after placing your order, please contact us immediately — we will do our best to correct it before production begins.
All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Prices are:
CDMinis reserves the right to update prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time you complete your order.

We will confirm the shipping cost for your country and arrange payment and delivery with you directly. Collection remains free regardless of where you are based.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. CDMinis does not store or handle your card details. By proceeding to checkout, you are redirected to a Stripe-hosted payment page. Payment must be made in full before production begins.
By placing an order, you confirm that the product is intended for personal use or as a personal gift, and not for resale or commercial purposes.
As all CDMinis are personalised and made to order, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)). However, if your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy. Please see our full Refund & Returns Policy for details.
CDMinis is a small sole-trader business. To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish or EU law.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these terms or from an order placed with CDMinis shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under EU law.
